Where is Maison Mariann jewelry made?
All of our jewelry is proudly designed and handcrafted in Louisiana. We make each piece in small batches, working with skilled people who put care into every detail. Our metals are ethically sourced, and because everything is made to order, we’re able to keep our process intentional and responsible. For us, it’s about doing things the right way — creating jewelry with integrity, not shortcuts.
What materials do you use?
We use sterling silver, 10k gold, and14k gold, all of which come from responsibly handled sources. The precious metals we use are certified as 100% recycled and traceable through the supply chain, and we take care to avoid conflict metals.
What does "made to order" mean?
It means we don’t mass-produce. Your jewelry is created specifically for you once your order is placed, reducing waste and ensuring a more intentional process. Each item is made to order.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Our pieces are made from solid gold and solid silver, so they’re built to last. Silver can darken over time, but a quick polish will bring the shine back. Gold doesn’t tarnish the same way, but we still suggest keeping your jewelry away from harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes.
For the best care, store your pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box and wipe them clean with a cloth now and then. That’s really all it takes.
Will my jewelry change color over time?
Solid gold won’t tarnish, but sterling silver can darken naturally. This isn’t damage — it’s a normal reaction to air. A simple polish cloth will restore its shine.

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your jewelry to ship. Every piece of jewelry we sell is handmade to order.
