The story
Mariann's engagement diamond from Stacy's dad didn't stay in a drawer for long. When that chapter of Mariann’s life closed, she had the stone reset into a ring with a yellow gold band that swoops around the diamond. Mariann always swore she designed the ring herself. She wore it every day for years, and today Stacy wears it almost every day, too.
In honor of Mariann's birthday, Melanie took that ring as her starting point and designed The Mariann. She kept the swirl, because that's the heart of it, and gave everything else a cleaner, more modern line so it's easy to wear every day for the rest of your life. It's for the proposal, the anniversary, the fresh start, or the woman who decides to buy her own diamond and celebrate herself.
